Joy was great in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The service tech, Darian, called me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Lifetime Windows and Siding did a fantastic job installing my Infinity Windows by Marvin. Their post installation service is also outstanding! Darian Manzanares came today for a minor service call. He was on-time, professional, and had my repair completed quickly. Highly recommend Lifetime before, during, and after purchase of our windows. Will definitely use them when replace our doors! Dave Thomas was very helpful in designing the James Hardy layout for a mountain modern look! We loved the crew that installed the siding and we had no issues- product was available and the crew was responsive to our questions about the process! Marty, the job site manager was very responsive! Overall very, very happy with our results: new siding, new gutters, and we topped it off with new lighting and garage door!

The Lifetime team was incredible from start to end. We are super pleased with the James Hardie siding, and the work that Kevin and his team did for us. Throughout the siding installation, we were well informed, they addressed our questions/concerns, and asked questions to be certain. The work area was kept tidy and clean each day. The team worked tirelessly and diligently throughout the project, and installation completed on time.Notably, Sean addressed a sloping issue that we had with our old gutters; and made the necessary adjustment to ensure our new gutters would function properly.We are grateful for Dave Thomas, Mitchell Fletcher, Kevin McBride; Walter, Delvis and team; Sean and team. We had a great experience with Lifetime Windows and Siding! We replaced our siding with James Hardy siding and installed new gutters. This was a big project and took several days. Jason, the project manager was clear with the timeline and it stayed the same. He was very professional and always available. The crew, AZ Construction was amazing. Their work was detail orientated and they cleaned everything up, even using a metal detector to find any small pieces. Mr. Youn and his crew did the gutters and you can tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Lifetime is big on customer service and even though it was higher bid than other companies it was beyond worth it!!!

We had most of our old wood windows replace by Lifetime. They did a very professional job, the team were efficient and the team leader was extremely particular, ensuring that everything was installed exactly right and finished well. I would strongly recommend. One window arrived with some sort of residue on the glass that they could not remove, so replacement glazing units were immediately ordered. Our service technician, Darian Manzanares, swapped the units over this week. I asked if he could also look at a door lock that was proving sticky and also pointed out one window screen that was slightly damaged. He happily fixed both issues while he was here, even though they weren't on his original order. Very pleased.

My windows were in desperate need of repair. My windows were foggy with condensation and white streaks inside the rotted-out double pane panels. The Marvin window looks fantastic! It's easy to operate, energy-efficient and beautiful with custom frame color options.I had a few questions about the quality of my installation on one window after the initial work was performed and the technicians came back twice more until I was pleased with the craftsmanship. Darian M. took the time to walk through the final steps of the project to make sure that everything was great. This is an example of the great customer service that they offer, and the contract was not closed until we agreed that the craftsmanship was top-notch.I would definitely recommend Lifetime Windows and the Marvin branded window specifically for a premium home upgrade. The improvement in the temperature control alone makes it worth it let alone the fact that I can see through the crystal clear E-glass much better than before.

I had several windows and two patio doors replaced by Lifetime Windows and Siding. For the two patio doors, I also asked them to replace the frames inside the house too. The original crew didn't do a good job on the wood work. Anthony Esposito from Lifetime Windows came over. He not only adjusted my screen doors and patio door locks but also fixed two door frames. He worked very hard to make sure everything is right. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone who may have any issues. The company needs this type of guys with right working attitude.

I had my windows replaced by lifetime in 2012. Now it need some work done on them like caulking, resealing, new weather stripping,and a broken glass fixed. I thought there was lifetime warranty in my windows. At least on problems like broken seals.I've called they sent someone out, and haven't heard from them since, and this was back in June. Now late August. I have called every week and left messages. I finally got a call back from Reabecca and nothing since. Called a Manager , he was mad because someone gave me his number. Haven't heard back from him either yet.What has happened to customer service now days. I thought they could at least get back with me tell me when they can get to me if at all, so at least if they couldn't I can find someone who can. Larry, the Manager is now working with me and trying to get it going. Frustrated Candi

Paco and his crew arrived at 9am and left by about 4:30pm. They installed a patio door and 6 windows. They were very friendly and respectful of my home and time. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They even taught me a few things about installing windows. The project manager, Luis, stopped by once during the day to check on every thing.
